When I got my dog, I did directly the insurance with Petplan. I had a situation with my dog and she was sick. They paid what they needed to pay. It was hard a little bit but in the end, I got what I needed. It was amazing. I got an answer from Petplan very quickly from them and they did everything to help me. Pet insurance is very valuable. I really like Petplan and I’m very satisfied with them. I’d recommend them to a friend because they helped me.
